Pigeon Lake Reflections

Still waters and foggy conditions that had just burned off led to this late fall composition. Taken hand-held from a boat that had slowed to a crawl this image is one of the photographer’s favourites. Late enough in the season that all non-fir trees had lost their leaves EXCEPT the yellow tree on the right, the balance, beauty, and calmness embodied by this image remind me that when you get it right, you get it right.
